We are Caroline and Lars, a Danish family, and we look after the house ourselves.

This is a NON-smoking and PET-FREE property! You can charge your electric vehicle at the property – please ask the host for more information. Guests must bring their own bed linen. Duvets and pillows are provided. The beds consist of two single beds (200x80 cm) and one double bed (200x140 cm). A foldable baby cot is also available. Basic cleaning supplies are provided, but no dishwasher tablets. The outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras for your safety. Cameras only record at night, and recordings are not used and are automatically deleted if no theft or vandalism occurs during your stay. Check-out is at 10:00 AM on your departure date. Before leaving, please ensure you: - Empty the refrigerator and remove all food and items you brought - Remove all rubbish - Clean all rooms, the bathroom, and mop the floors - Return the key to the key box and scramble the code Please leave the property tidy upon check-out: empty the fridge, remove all rubbish, clean all rooms and the bathroom, and return the key to the key box. If a cleaning fee (DKK 700 / €100) was included in your booking total, standard post-departure cleaning is covered. If not, please ensure the property is left clean and tidy. Please note this is a private home owned by a Danish family – please take good care of our property. Thank you.

Final cleaning is included and done by our cleaning company. Before you leave, please just: - empty the fridge and take your food with you - take out the rubbish - wash up and put the dishes away - put the key back in the key box Check-out is by 10:00. Bed linen and towels are not included. Please bring sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases for two single beds (80×200 cm) and one double bed (140×200 cm), plus towels. Duvets and pillows are provided. Basic cleaning supplies are in the house, but please bring dishwasher tablets. Electricity is included. Electric vehicles can be charged on the 11 kW charger by arrangement with the host, billed by actual consumption. No smoking and no pets. The outdoor areas are covered by security cameras that record at night only. Recordings are deleted automatically unless theft or vandalism occurs during your stay.
