Holiday Home Rome
Your 200 m² family villa near Rome: a covered terrace that seats 10, a 600 m² private fenced garden and access to the resort pool with lifeguard (15 June to 15 September). Five air-conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms and a full kitchen with dishwasher. Sandy beach 1.8 km, shops and restaurants 1 km. Rome and both airports within easy reach by car, or by train from Campo di Carne. Self check-in, and we reply within the hour.
Good to know
The house is 200 sqm. in three levels. It was built in 1980, and is continuously renovated, at the latest in 2024. All bedrooms and the living/dining room are air-conditioned. It is located on a 600 square meter fenced plot with garden and grass. The house is part of the Bougainvillea resort, where there is access to a large swimming pool with lifeguards (open July-august), tennis courts and other activities. The house is located one kilometer from shopping and 1.8 kilometers from the beach.
House Rules
The local tourist tax (tassa di soggiorno) of 6 EUR per person per night is set by the municipality and is not included in the booking price. We collect it on behalf of the municipality about 30 days before arrival and send you the exact amount and payment details. There is no security deposit.
Other Details to Note
The resort pool is run by the residence, requires swim caps and may close briefly for maintenance. The resort gate has a porter on weekdays; you can come and go around the clock. We are a Danish family, Caroline and Lars. This is our own holiday home, looked after by us and not by an agency, and we share it in the weeks we are not there ourselves.

Guest Access
You have the whole house and garden to yourselves. One storage room and the bathroom in the basement are kept private for our own use. Self check-in with a lockbox. Before arrival you receive the access codes and our digital guidebook. The resort pool is open daily 10:00 to 20:00 from 15 June to 15 September. It is run by the residence and may close briefly for maintenance.
